2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Skewers, soaked in water if using wooden skewers
Red and green pepper slices cut into square chunks (optional)

Onion pieces cut into square chunks (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a flavourful marinade.

  1. Place the skewers on the grill, directly over the heat. Grill for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred on the outside. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).
  1. Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in tender and juicy kebabs.
