Our beef is from native-breed cattle reared in harmony with nature on small, family farms in the UK. Our breeds live natural lives and always reach full maturity at 30 to 36 months to produce beef that has outstanding depth of taste and texture.

We lock in the great flavours you enjoy from grass-fed beef by dry-ageing them for at least four weeks and then prepare them using the finest traditions of Halal butchery.
